KC Canine provides dog training, behavior modification, personal protection, and working K9 development in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Pennsylvania. When you submit an evaluation request, contact form, testimonial, or signed agreement, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your dog's name, breed, and age, and details about behavior, goals, and training history
• Any notes, photos, or files you choose to send us
• Your testimonial text and any photos you submit for publication

Providing this information is voluntary, but we can't schedule or deliver training without at least your name, contact details, and basic information about your dog.

We use analytics and advertising measurement tools that collect technical data when you visit this site: pages viewed, time on page, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as clicking a call button or submitting the evaluation form. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools help us understand which pages lead to evaluation requests and measure the performance of our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing text messages without your consent.

These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of a person or animal.

Evaluation and contact records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and business records. Training records are kept for the duration of your relationship with us and as long as needed for insurance and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of those tools.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing kccaninetrainingservices@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a state with additional privacy rights, we will honor requests that apply to you.

Our services are intended for adults. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including restricted access to client records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
